Aaliya and Rehan to marry in Colors’ Beintehaa!
Beintehaa will soon gear up with an interesting sequence where finally Aaliya will decide to marry Rehan in the show
Fortune Production’s popular show Beintehaa on Colors is grabbing the eyeballs of the masses with its interesting twist in the tale. After Usman Abdullah’s death things have gone hay wire in Barkat Villa as Zain (Harshad Arora) has been separated from Aaliya (Preetika Rao) and the two have distanced themselves ever since then. After a year’s leap, the two have finally met but are reluctant to accept each other. Zain has realized his mistake and has been making an effort to gain the respect and love back from Aaliya however, she being heartbroken and devastated is hesitant to accept him.
Rehaan who is Zain’s lawyer aids Aaliya during her hard time and now according to the twist in the tale will marry Aaliya.
Our source says, “Rehan (Nandish Sandhu) will marry Aaliya so that she can remarry Zain. According to the Islamic rule, a person who has divorced his wife Nikaah Halala cannot marry again. They can remarry again only if the wife marries some other person and only if her husband gives her a divorce again then she can come back to her first husband.”
“Rehan will agree to this marriage because Aaliya is pregnant and in order to save her from humility, he will take this step,” adds our source.
Will Rehan scarifies his love for Aaliya’s happiness by giving her divorce?

September 25, 17:02sorry guys but how is it that after 9 months after talaq Aliya be pregnant!!! i mean at 9 months or even 5 months a woman will DEFINITLY KNOW SHE IS PREGNANT by her bump and other symptoms!! she’s not gna gv birth all of a sudden is she c’mon its crazy i doubt this rumour is true anyway. Rehan marrying Aliya….he might not give her talaq or she might later change her mind because she doesnt wnt to break her second marriage and snatch away rehan’s children’s mother once again!

September 22, 15:02Its one year from usmaan sahab’s death but one year has not been completed from their divorce. 3 divorce required 3 months duration and one night before the third month end zain and aliya were together in a hotel when zain was drunk. Even zain said to aliya in the morning that no need to be happy , nothing happened b/w us. He was drunk basically, he didnt remember. And from the date of third divorce 1 year hasnt been completed yet i.e its the 9 month from their divorce so aliya can surely be pregnant and can get married to rehan. child is the only way that can reunite them, otherwise if aliya would have been married to rehan just for halaala nikah, she might have stuck in responsibilty of his children. Now her own child with zain can stop the potential love story of rehan and aliya. And i actually thank the writer and director for this detailed thought. Beinteha is incomplete without zain and aliya’s lov story.

September 23, 18:02The only way Zaya can come together that the director has to show that before the Third Talaq they slept together.
After the third Talaq Aliya went to Hyderbad, she did not realize that she got pregnant and unknowingly she suffered a miscarriage which was treated by Grumpy without informing Aliya and her parents and Rehan. (Later Grumpy confided in Rehan)
And technically the Third Talaq (because of being pregnant 9 months back) would now be considered the First Talaq.
So now if Zain does Ruju (takes Aliya back) , they will just have to do “Ruju Nikha” and get together!!!
Rehan and Grumpy will have to be two witnesses to Aliya’s pregnancy and miscarriage to solve the twist in the popular Muslim show.
Plz see to it that this show does not go so ahead in making it so dramatic that it goes beyond the tenants of Islam and loose all the viewership and prove a Great Flop By loosing TRPs and popularity because of Factual Error.

September 23, 18:39There is a MAJOR FACTUAL ERROR in the show– The TALAQ process is written clearly in Surah Baqara – in the Quran. Like the every month Talaq shown in the show!!
The CORRECT process is that with pronouncing of FIRST TALAQ (saying three time) the wife and husband has to stay together in the same house for a period of 3 months and 10 days.
If they reconcile then it will be called “Ruju Talaq” and they can get together and to “Ruju Nikha” and live happily together.
In case, the couple DOES NOT RECONCILE , then husband has to pronounce the SECOND TALAQ ( saying thrice) and AGAIN they have to stay together in the same house for the period of 3 months 10days.
If they reconcile then it will be called “Ruju Talaq” and they can get together and to “Ruju Nikha” and live happily together.
In case, the couple does not reconcile EvEN NOW during this Second Reconciliatory Period then husband has to pronounce the THIRD and FINAL TALAQ (saying three times).
Now the Muslim Marriage is Dissolved PERMANaNTLY.
There is also one condition the wife should not be pregnant , if she is then Talaq is not valid….plz do consult the Islamic Scholars in depth for ACCuRATe rulings.
The main idea is that the couple is given Ample time and chance to stay together and take a rational decision in favor of all involved– their children and their respective families.
Aliya has very UTTERLY IRRESPONSIBLE DIALOGUES ….saying not accepting the particularly Halala Nikha Shariyah condition. ANYONE saying that He/She does not ACCEPT Shariyah ruling AUTOMATICALLY becomes a MUNKIR!!!

Do use the tenants of Islam properly and bring authentic twists in the plot and ALSO solve using the Correct Islamic principles to solve the conflicts in the plot.

September 16, 13:07It is absolute rubbish there is no such thing in Islam she can remarry zain without marrying to a third person. Actually these three talaqs which zain did is the normal procedure of a talaq so in total it will be counted as one talaq. Halala is required only when zain would repeat the same process twice again ie in total nine talaqs and three nikahs @ the first nikah

If husband says talaq thrice then they are haram for each other unless if women remarries and the husband then give talaq with his own will then only she can go back to first one. That’s y talaq should be last resort and it’s most disliked in Islam.
