Beintehaa 22nd August 2014 Written Episode
Resumes from yesterday Zain giving divorce to Aaliya and leaving from there. Aaliya informs Rehan that Zain gave her third divorce at last. She then starts crying vigorously and tells Usman that Zain at last gave her third divorce when she requested him many times not to give.
Zain searches Surayya in her room. Zarina meets her and says she is his aunt and says it is good he got out those Bhopali’s clutch, else they would have ruined his life. Surayya comes there and says she is happy that he listened her. She sees his wound and gets worried, says wounds have to heal fast and says his and Sanam’s marriage will happen today.
Aaliya sits in her hotel room sadly, Zain in his room on the other side with just a door apart. Tujhe bhuladiyaaaa…. song plays in the background. She removes his blazer, puts it on ground and sleeps on it.
Shaziya checks food and says waiters that she will reward chef. She sees Fahad says she saw kazi saheb there and his dress was not matching with the background. Fahad says it is his religious attire. She then sees Surayya in colorful saree than black and says she is looking beautiful today, asks how did she find a girl for Zain so soon. Surayya says she wanted Zain to marry Sanam long back, but these manhoos bhopali’s came in between. Nafisa also reaches there and says she did not want miss Zain’s second marriage.
Zain starts drinking alcohol and reminisces Aaliya requesting him not to divorce her but he divorcing her under Surayya’s pressure. Rehan comes there and says he wants to talk to him about Aaliya and her complaint. Zain says even he wanted to talk to him. Rehan leaves a recording and asks him to listen to it. Bilal comes there and introduces himself and informs him that Fahad is waiting for him with sherwani.
Nafisa sees Rehan and asks him not to give the tape to anyone. Rehan says he gave it to Zain. Nafisa gets tensed and runs into Aaliya’s room searching her, but Aaliya is not in her room.
Sanam sees Zain sitting sadly in his room and asks him what happened. He says he is marrying her for his mom’s sake and says his divorced happened just now and he has not got out of it. He says he cannot love her and she is just his friend, asks her to rethink about the marriage. Sanam gets emotional, wipes her tears and says our families know each other from many years and she took this decision after much thought, she will wait for his love, will get a good friend and asks him if they are friend now. He says friends and apologizes her. While moves, Rehan’s given tape recorder falls. Zain plays it and is shocked to hear Nafisa’s confession of complaining against Surayya and him and making cylinder blast, etc. and saying that she wanted to take revenge on Surayya as she ruined her life and brought Shaziya home.
Precap: Zain says Surayya that he cannot fulfill his promise and cannot marry Sanam.

August 22, 18:18I am going to love this show now cuz it’s so interesting and good now.. I think Aliya is be gone sumwer far then they will take a leap of 4/5 years and show Aliya married and got two daughters or one son and one daughter..Zain and Aliya meet each other and he apologies to her but she ignores him and asks him to leave her alone a nd never show his face.. While going back to his life he finds out that one of the kid is his own child and this stops him back.. He becomes friends wid the kids despite she asked him not to.. Then he tries to go back with the memories that he spent together with the kids but then he finds out that aliyas marriage is just a contact marriage, the guy wanted a mother for his kid and she want to give a name to her kid so they made compromise and this stops him and he tries to make Aliya and her new husband relationship to work out in a real wife….etc…… I would loveeeeeeeeee it if this story goes at least a bit like this

August 22, 18:04I don’t no what Islam says and just speaking from a general poing why would any religion allow you to marry again then divorce again and remarry. Just does not make sense or add up. You can divorce, give yourselves a break and then marry the same person if you wish and also some religion don’t allow you to remarry if your ex-better half is alive.

August 23, 08:34a man has to give three talaqs, each on different occasions, he can take back his wife between the talaqs, after the third talaq, there is a three month iddat period, the husband can take back his wife then as well. After the iddat period, the marriage is obsolee and halala is needed. The wife needs to remarry and get divorce from second husband to return to 1st husband, however if the divorce is fixed beforehand, the halala is illegal and cannot be considered.

August 22, 17:49Omg they got divorced now they can never be together cuz in Islam after u get divorced from your partner you can’t marry the same partner again until you settle down with another partner and then divorce this new partner to get back to the old partner but this is just too long… Now I am just waiting for this show to watch how it unfolds further can’t wait….

August 23, 09:21I think Aliya forgiving Zain should be enough. If Zain and Aliya meet together and she forgives him, than Zain will feel regret that he doubted a women such as Aliya and will try to make it up to her as much as he can. Also since Surraya is now going to try and seperate them again (if they get together), it will be much more difficult than before because his love and trust will be much more stronger than before.
