Chaitanya Choudhary, Raj Arjun and Yasir Shah to feature in the ‘BEST bus hijack’ case in Sony TV’s

Fireworks Productions’ popular and long-running show CID on Sony Entertainment Television is presently focusing on the Mission Mumbai Series, wherein the CID team has shot in quite a few real locations in and around Mumbai.

The twin Maha episodes to be aired next week will depict the tale of a local BEST bus being hijacked by a gang of robbers.

And this interesting episode will have noted names Chaitanya Choudhary, Raj Arjun and Yasir Shah playing pivotal cameos.

A source says, “The shoot for this particular twin episode story is presently on. Chaitanya who was last seen in Colors’ Uttaran will play a shy and timid guy. Raj Arjun, last seen in Life OK’s Savitri and Yasir Shah (who has done few episodic stories of late like Yeh Hai Aashiqui) will play integral roles.”

The story will revolve around a gang of robbers who rob a bank in broad day light, and will get stuck as they have no proper vehicle to commute in to reach their hiding place. So they stop a BEST bus on the road, and board it. Seeing the bus fully crowded, they will get the idea of asking for ransom, to stop the bus and release the people on board it.

The manner in which the CID team will solve this case and get the robbers arrested without any harm caused to the people in the bus will form the crux of the story.

This particular story will be special as it will introduce two new cops who have joined the CID team. We had earlier exclusively reported about Gaurav Khanna and Maninder Singh playing the new cops on duty.

A source says, “Maninder and Gaurav will be introduced via this story. They will have great action sequences to perform. While Gaurav will play a rustic and rugged cop, Maninder will be the soft-spoken guy on duty.”

Get ready for this interesting twin-episode on CID. The episode will air next weekend.
