t is baccho ka din today and here we bringing to you some special stories on some of the famous kids of tinsel town. Well, the kid first on this list is Jannat Zubair Rahmani who was last seen in Sony TV’s Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharan Patrap young PhoolKanwar. On this very special day to kids, we got in touch with this pretty kid.

When asked her about her five year long journey as a kid in the television industry and reaching great heights in just a short span, she avers, “It has actually been a great journey for me. My hobby is acting and my father too was into acting before. Ayaan Zubair Rahmani (currently seen as Salim in Zee TV’s Jodha Akbar) and me, since both of us have entered the industry at a very young age, our father actually gave us training in acting just like acting classes. Since very young I wanted to get into acting and knowing the fact that my father is so supportive, it really gives my brother and me a pull. We are getting to do what we actually ever wanted to do. And coming to shooting, the unit with whom you are shooting day in and out, they become very integral part of your life. They become just like family. Be co-actors or other unit members, they made me feel so comfortable in all my shows.”

Jannat never felt as though she is ever missing out on things which normal kids actually get to do while she is busy shooting for her shows. Says Jannat, “I have never felt anything of that sort. In fact I have always felt the opposite; at a very young age I have got an opportunity to make a name and work with such actors. Usually what we see that after a certain age people think of what they want to get into as their career, well with me that is not the case. At a very young age I have got a direction and lead as to what I really want to do in life. I have never felt that I have missed out on things because just the fact that at a young age I have managed to come so far says it all.”

Being a kid, studies of course play an integral part. How do you manege both your shoot as well as studies? “My school has made things very easy for all the students. We have assignments and worksheet systems where question are already written and we just have to fill in the blanks. So it is very easy for me also to cope up. There is no problem when it comes to studies (chuckles).”

Any fond memory that you remember of Children’s Day? “Not any in particular but it is like it is Children’s Day and aaj toh fir jo bhi kare sab maaf hai (laughs). When we know it is Children’s Day, we start getting messages from our friends, aaj ke din toh extra pampering hoti hain. So yes, I like celebrating Children’s Day.”
