I love every moment of playing a princess in Maharana Pratap – Jannat Zubair Rahmani

Every girl dreams of being a princess and enjoying the royalties of a fairy tale life.

The young and beautiful Jannat Zubair Rahmani, who missed out being treated as one in real life, is enjoying her time playing a princess in Sony Entertainment Television’s Bharat Ka Veer Putra…Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Entertainment).

And here the girl, who rose to fame with her show Phulwa, shares an unknown fact about herself. “My forefathers have been from a royal family.

Although I could not enjoy in their rule, I am enjoying the royalty by way of my show. If my forefathers had continued their reign, I would have loved to be in palaces and lived life queen size, but nevertheless my profession helps me live the same kind of life thankfully,” she says.

Currently shooting far away from Mumbai, Jannat luckily has her family alongside her. “With them around, I do not have to worry about anything. And with all young actors around, I do not have to worry about friends too. We do so much of masti and everyone on sets is really very nice,” avers the actress with a smile.
And with her exams knocking on the doors, Jannat also takes time out for her studies in between her shots.

With the track currently focusing on Jannat (Phool Kumari) and Pratap (Faisal Khan), the little girl is pretty excited to be a part of some action-packed sequences in the coming episodes. “I am learning horse riding and am really excited about the sequences. It’s amazing that I am getting to do such variant roles; I really feel blessed and happy,” Jannat quips.

“When I did Phulwa, I won rave reviews for my character, but it’s the character of Phool that I can completely relate to. Like her, I enjoy dressing up and putting on makeup. Hence I actually love every moment of being a princess; it’s a very special role for me.”

We wish the girl a great future ahead.
