Kumkum Bhagya 5th March 2015 Written Episode
The episode starts with Sarla reaching Abhi’s home and meeting daadi. Daadi says she wants to celebrate holi. Sarla asks how can they when their children are in kidnapper’s den. Daadi says she will celebrate holi with Abhi and Pragya as she got a call from Abhi who told they have escaped from kidnapper’s clutch. Sarla gets happy. Daadi asks tauji and Akash to take care of the arrangements well.
Abhi and Pragya wake up hearing drum sounds and come out to check. People who are celebrating holi identify him as Abhi the rockstar. Dhaba owner apologizes him. Abhi tries to walk out, but people stop him and say they cannot lose chance of celebrating holi with a celebrity and sprinkle colours. Pragya says they should elope before corporator comes here. Abhi engates people in dance and runs with Pragya.
Daadi is busy grounding bhang on stone. Sarla says it is Pragya’s house and she cannot do this. Daadi says it is bhang and even she should take it as it she will fly. Sarla says she can fly even without bhang. Taiju sees daadi grounding bhang and yells that she will spoil costly tiles. Mitali joins her and says she is villager and will not understand them. Daadi thinks she will teac them a lesson.
Abhi tries to get naughty with Bulbul and their romantic nok jhok continues. She runs and clashes with ugly minded Aaliya. Aaliya asks Daadi what is happening. Daadi says they are celebrating holi. She asks how can they without Abhi and Pragya. Daadi says Abhi and Pragya are on the way and they have escaped from kidnapper’s grip. Aaliya acts as getting happy. She then goes to her room with her puppet filthy minded Tanu who tells she was happy that Pragya is dead, but she is alive and corporator fooled them.
People stop abhi and Pragy from leaving dhaba. Goons come there. they both hide behind cart. He smears her face with color and says he wanted to see how a cartoon looks like. She also smears his face with color. They both then fall into water and fight. He gets up, smears his face with holi again and runs after smearing goon’s face. Goon tells his friends that he heard Abhi’s voice and asks them to search. Corporator and rest of goons are busy searching on the highway.
Purab tries to get naught with Bulbul again, but Daadi comes there and asks him to attend guests. Aaliya sees their romance and gets jealous. She starts her ugly filthy planning and thinks she will tarnish Bulbul on this holi and will get Purab back.
Daadi gives bhang glasses to Purbi and asks her to serve it to Mitali and taiji. Purbi tells them it is a milkshake with lots of dry fruits and will boost their memory. They like it and finish all the glasses.
Abhi runs again and hide behind dhaba’s grocery shop bench. Corporator reaches Abhi’s house and asks watchman about the celebrations. Watchman says Abhi has escaped from kidnapper’s grip and is coming back home. corporator asks his men to hide and catch Abhi and Pragya when they come here. He then sees Bulbul and thinks of playing holi with her.
Dhaba owner gives Abhi and Pragya bhang milk and laddu. Abhi likes bhang milk and asks for more. Corporator smears his face with holi, comes near bulbul and is about to smear her face when Purab holds his hand.
Precap: Aaliya jealously tells Tanu that Bulbul is looking happy after she heard about Pragya coming back, they should teach her a lesson. Tanu says situation is not in their favor.

March 06, 01:19In the day’s episode , I found Abhi and Pragya’s acting a bit stilted…. Abhi’s act was almost buffoonery…at times….Pragya was okay but let’s see what the bhang effect is on her…our expectations are sky high and when it falls short, a wee bit too, we find the going difficult. Whom to blame ? the CV’s or ourselves ( our expectations…)? The fault is ours…

Can you imaging a whole team of police not able to surround the slum and catch the kidnappers.

Maybe if these problems were to be solved faster, this serial would be better.
Need better plots too. It’s one thing over and over in these serials.

And of course whatever they will say to each other they will not remember! I mean are these guys for real? Are they serious the want to remain 3rd in trps or is this some carefree joke of a serial?
I mean literally Aaliya and Tanu repeat the same lines and actions everyday! What kind of creativity or lack of it is this!!Jeez! As for Prag and Abhi stop decieveing yourselves cvs that buffoneric exchange between them is not funny anymore that is if it ever was.
For pete’s sake respect yourselves and your craft!Screen writing aint a joke, its serious business and a repsectable artistic ability. If you all aint got it back out and stop ruining the already feeble image Indian soapies have.

March 05, 12:53People pls excuse my typos, these cvs got me mad as hell. I mean its been months and there hasnt been even a single shade of development in any of the characters. What kind of screen writing is this? I mean all the characters are right where we met them from the day the serial started. Abhi is with Prags and doing all for her for his Daadi’s sake, Aaliya wants Purab at all costs Tanu is going in circles with Abhi and wants Prags out at all cost, Sarla weeps from morning to night, Bulbul and Purab seem smart but deep down they are not Arrrgggghhhh!!!
I see ppl here are diehard fans of this serial pls tell me why? When we are not even allowed to hope for change? Nothing major has happened since Abhi agreed to Purab Bulbul wedding and that was like close to two months ago!
I stopped watching but even the update now are a pain! What a waste!
Now Ekta might think she has got too much grounds for her serials not to be pulled off air but I think she must be careful. Thats Jodha Akbar going from first three to 16th position and though this one seems to be thriving less these cvs buckle up they’d definitely be heading down soon. I wonder if Zee will want to keep two flopping serials just cos ekta ‘s got power.
Zee has already lost the Jodha Akbar time slot to other channels cos of Salim Anarkali and they might just lose this KKB slot too. How indulgent will they be then?!

March 05, 14:10Totally agree with you ..This KKB is become crap toooo much booooring story no grip over story play become hide n seek child play. NOW pointing out a one point that is… What the hell if Abhi can call Dadi then why he cannot call the police instead of dadi i know he love dadi but he can make second call to police and tell the police who is behind this kidnapping… so Police can help out them and they come out from this situation. But what i forget this who is writer and how she famous for making 200 episode for one line and 30000 for one seen..and all life for one darama…. hosh kar khargosh.

March 05, 15:34All are getting bored but still it is in TRP #3 position.. I am just wondering whether people are really bored with these gimmicks. The TRP shows that people are interested and still people are watching it. That’s why creatives are still continuing. Am I right??
I don’t know why Abhi use his common sense and call Purab and tell secretly to come and pick him from dhaba when he called Dadi and informed that both are safe. Can’t Purab trace the call and check from where they have called. There are many alternatives to trace these stupid senseless couples. Fuggi is a lecture and cant be mature enough to handle this situation.

March 06, 00:47Very boring, needless story today….agree… we knew it was unrealistic ( except time lines are long… problems solved slow like in real life) but story line today was just plain nonsense… no common sense whatsoever!!!
This is going to go into next week… today wasn’t even funny to me…because as Pani pointed out the lines and actions are so circular….
We’ve put so much time in we want to see how they make it out from this situation… that’s why in the TRP KKB is 3rd.
as for the acting… KKB has an excellent cast!

March 06, 08:01All very insightful additions here but for those who think to have great actors can cover a senseless story. If this were the case many Bollywood films would be hits. You may like shabbir and his co actors but you should also wish them well by hoping for a better story. It doesnt suffice to be in a serial but in a worthwhile one too. @LJ its really the outcome of the kidnapping that kept them third in trps thanks for that reminder.
@Fay I ‘m really baffled at how dumb they make these characters and how stupid they think we are to leave such stupid loopholes. How could Abhi relax without talking to a police officer knowing that kidnappers are around beats me too.I think just when you think it couldnt get any stupider they show you they can still push the envelope.
