Hmmm, Amaica, my problem can’t be fixed by Nari, he tried, did some research and the only thing for sciatic nerve is stretching p, there are three different ones it helps relieve the pain but it would take about ten weeks before I feel any relief, taking long walks in the beach, need aqua therapy as well, but the water too cold, it rained all night last night, too cold yet.

Guys, last year when PV ended and Admin. allowed us to continue on with the forum which started in May and ended in October 2013, our comments were neared 10,000, that is roughly over a five month period.
Now PV fan page 2 started late October 2013 and as at present March 14th 2014, comments reached 2,340, roughly over a five month period; amazing, I was just thinking how so many PV fans have passed thru’ this forum and how many are still here, I mean the really die-heart PV fans, who have made friends and thus continue our friendship throughout.

Amaica someone gave us the chataigne . . I was grateful because it was scarce and selling for 20 dollars in the market . I also got the bhagi and pumpkin . 15 chataigne , I don’t know how much bhagi but there was about 40 something pounds of pumpkin according to my expert chefs :). I has shelled 12 pounds if peas , there was also bodi , saime , baigan . . the usual channa and aloo , kurhi and rice , curried mango , saheena , phoulourie , bhaiganee , mother-in-law , mango chutney , pommecythere kuchella , sweet rice . Do you know a rose mango was selling for $3 for one 😐 ? Long mango was $1 . Everything was cooked b4 12 noon . I was up at 3 . Amaica you know this routine 🙂 .

Kris,amaica I suggest you guys get a fish tank. The fishes are so relaxing to just sit and watch,it takes ur mind of the daily grind.I have some beautiful goldfish,but I want to get a second tank to have some guppies and zebra fishes,but the bf said no more and that I’ll turn the place into a zoo.

I Suni, I know you have lots to do and catch up on school work etc. Take your time dear, and it’s chatagine, well one of the spelling I’ve seen around, you should have purchased peeled garlic in the market, they have them in San Fernando market, not sure for Deve market. We could ask any vendor in Sando market to peel for us too, we buy regularly so they know us well. They even clean and cut up the dasheen bush to suit me.
Amaica dear been busy doing lil this and that, nothing much, today I went Couva, got a new status, Driver, lol, drove my husband to work, he introduced Himself to the new guard and told him I’m his driver, lol, heard the man afterwards telling people in the compound that I am the driver, gosh, I could imagine what those people must be thinking.
We going Mayaro for the weekend, he needs a rest after a very hectic two weeks all over the country, this week alone was four different parts of the country, even Mayaro, now we really going to spend a few days of rest and relaxation, well needed, looking forward to getting up early and going for looooooonnnnngggggg walks on the beach, hope the tide not high and waves beating the beach, since it will be full moon on Sunday and all. Amaica, I feel for you girl, I work out with my coach, wish we had more people the most we’ve had on a good day was Four maybe five.
I usually have a protein shake about half hour before I workout, so I am energized.
I have loads of aerobics DVD s but too lazy to work out at home, but now I have back and knee problems so can’t do most exercises, I only walk on mornings. Will continue working out when I’m better.

Thanks Amaica dear, I know Nari very well, he’s just a stone throw away from me, but I don’t need his expertise, and I don’t like taking pills, I know, my BIL is a doc and he’s always giving me for my back pain and I refusing to take, he says it will help heal, sign, still I hate pills, I am doing stretching exercises for the sciatic nerve it helps a lot and resting the knee wearing knee supports when I walk, I put heat on it and massage with coconut oil, it gives lots of relief,
I went to a man called Thackoor near Iere High, I got relief till I lifted the MIL heavy suit cases in Canada, I think I will make a trip back to hi again if I don’t feel better in a couple of weeks,
I’ve been on an inversion table, it really fells good to strech the spine and the body, thinking of ourchasing one.

fifty ladies .. young and old.. some health conscious freaks..

movements but fumbled a couple times before I could get the rhythm
correctly.. My name was called regularly.. Come on D you can do it,,

Did not have breakfast…guess that was the reason I felt nauseated
The hall was also filled to capacity.I also needed fresh air..
I was like a fish without water.. Not going today..
I stopped after that..will attempt three days a week..Workout sessions
are on mornings and afternoon period so I can fit it anytime..
Hope I can keep it up..but you do feel energetic after..

Now PV fan page 2 started late October 2013 and as at present March 14th 2014, comments reached 2,340, roughly over a five month period; amazing, I was just thinking how so many PV fans have passed thru’ this forum and how many are still here, I mean the really die-heart PV fans, who have made friends and thus continue our friendship throughout.

Kris my neighbours would beat me if I bought peeled garlic 😀 . . They are old fashioned and I need them to be on my side because they were the chefs .
Amaica someone gave us the chataigne . . I was grateful because it was scarce and selling for 20 dollars in the market . I also got the bhagi and pumpkin . 15 chataigne , I don’t know how much bhagi but there was about 40 something pounds of pumpkin according to my expert chefs :). I has shelled 12 pounds if peas , there was also bodi , saime , baigan . . the usual channa and aloo , kurhi and rice , curried mango , saheena , phoulourie , bhaiganee , mother-in-law , mango chutney , pommecythere kuchella , sweet rice . Do you know a rose mango was selling for $3 for one 😐 ? Long mango was $1 . Everything was cooked b4 12 noon . I was up at 3 . Amaica you know this routine 🙂 .

March 13, 19:32I Suni, I know you have lots to do and catch up on school work etc. Take your time dear, and it’s chatagine, well one of the spelling I’ve seen around, you should have purchased peeled garlic in the market, they have them in San Fernando market, not sure for Deve market. We could ask any vendor in Sando market to peel for us too, we buy regularly so they know us well. They even clean and cut up the dasheen bush to suit me.
Amaica dear been busy doing lil this and that, nothing much, today I went Couva, got a new status, Driver, lol, drove my husband to work, he introduced Himself to the new guard and told him I’m his driver, lol, heard the man afterwards telling people in the compound that I am the driver, gosh, I could imagine what those people must be thinking.
We going Mayaro for the weekend, he needs a rest after a very hectic two weeks all over the country, this week alone was four different parts of the country, even Mayaro, now we really going to spend a few days of rest and relaxation, well needed, looking forward to getting up early and going for looooooonnnnngggggg walks on the beach, hope the tide not high and waves beating the beach, since it will be full moon on Sunday and all. Oh well, it’s the beach any ways

March 11, 13:29Amaica, I feel for you girl, I work out with my coach, wish we had more people the most we’ve had on a good day was Four maybe five.
I usually have a protein shake about half hour before I workout, so I am energized.
I have loads of aerobics DVD s but too lazy to work out at home, but now I have back and knee problems so can’t do most exercises, I only walk on mornings. Will continue working out when I’m better.

March 11, 20:00Thanks Amaica dear, I know Nari very well, he’s just a stone throw away from me, but I don’t need his expertise, and I don’t like taking pills, I know, my BIL is a doc and he’s always giving me for my back pain and I refusing to take, he says it will help heal, sign, still I hate pills, I am doing stretching exercises for the sciatic nerve it helps a lot and resting the knee wearing knee supports when I walk, I put heat on it and massage with coconut oil, it gives lots of relief,
I went to a man called Thackoor near Iere High, I got relief till I lifted the MIL heavy suit cases in Canada, I think I will make a trip back to hi again if I don’t feel better in a couple of weeks,
I’ve been on an inversion table, it really fells good to strech the spine and the body, thinking of ourchasing one.

my MIL another time…Now about the gym..
This is a gym I used to go to before…. I was very comfortable
because I am familiar with most of the ladies.. Approximately
fifty ladies .. young and old.. some health conscious freaks..
It’s mostly aerobics… Nice tempo music..I am used to the
movements but fumbled a couple times before I could get the rhythm
correctly.. My name was called regularly.. Come on D you can do it,,
See what happens when you stay away..come on .. move it ladies..
Did not have breakfast…guess that was the reason I felt nauseated
The hall was also filled to capacity.I also needed fresh air..
I was like a fish without water.. Not going today..
I stopped after that..will attempt three days a week..Workout sessions
are on mornings and afternoon period so I can fit it anytime..
Hope I can keep it up..but you do feel energetic after..
