Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3rd December 2012 Written Update

A 5 min long RaYa talk, left me thinking and hence the delay in making this update…sorry! Enjoy Reading

The episode starts with Rajat talking to his Secy about the invitations for the party. He confirms that all the invitations have been sent out. The secy asks him if he had anyone else he would like to invite. Rajat says that, he certainly has someone left, but he would personally invite that guest. Rajat seeks confirmation if Ram’s guest list has been taken care of too, and the Secy confirms that he has had a conversation with Ram’s secy and the confirmation is awaited on Ram’s guest list. But she be doing the needful.

Daijaan is seeing this and as the secy goes away, she sees Rajat is very excited (I couldn’t read his expressions as ever, but since DJ saw it..lets believe ). DJ tells Rajat that she is sure he will do very well on his project I India!

Rahuls is standing alone on the terrace and Kady goes to him. She tries to tell him that he was wrong in the way he had spoken to his mother downstairs. Kady tries to explain how his Mom was worried when he left from the hospital. Rahul expresses his anguish to Kady and tells her that he feels betrayed that his Mom had hidden such a big truth from him and his Father for so many years. He goes further to tell her that he feels like a laughing stock when he thinks about Rehaan and he cant handle this. He tells Kady that he is hurt on how could his mother do this to him. Kady tries to pacify him.

Priya and Neha in the taxi:

Priya and Neha are going home and talking about what happened at Rajat’s house and how Rahul reacted to her. Priya tells her that, she will need to give time to Rahul to get over this. Its not easy for Rahul to accept such a big truth. He is the young blood and is angry, it was obivious to react thatw ay. Priya asks Neha to be around when Rahul wants to speak to her. Neha says that she feels caught up between Rahul and Rehaan. She tells Neha that he should be given the time to get over this. She tells her that time is the biggest healer and they shouldn’t underestimate time.

Ram calls Priya as aks her if she was still at Rajat’s place. Priya tells him that she is in the taxi and going home. Ram asks Priya if she could meet him at this time, as he wants to urgently talk about Neha and Vikram. He asks her to come to his office. Priya tells Neha that she would have to go to Ram’s office as ram wants to discuss something important with her.

Ram’s cabin:

Ram asks “how was Neha”. Priya says, neha is trying to be okay, but is upset since the issue is really big deal. Ram agrees that it’s difficult to accept such a thing and that he is feeling bad for Vikram as Vikram can’t express his anguish and pain and is biottling up for no mistake of him. Priya tries to explain how even Neha is not at fault and that she wasn’t aware of Rehaan;s existence either. Ram tries to side Vikrama and both of the enter into an argument. Priya tries to explain how they cannot affpord to sideways with any of the two. Both Neha and Vikram are their friends and that both are equally important for them. She says that when people are hurt the most, when they love someone very dearly…she stops as she says this! Priya continues that it was Neha and Vikram who taught them (Ram and Priya) about love and now they can’t see Neha and Vikram falling apart! Ram agrees that they cannot take sides. He says that he has given it a try once to patch-up, but he did not succeed as Priya was not around.

Rams strikes a sixer when he says that they should chalk out a strategy and have an agenda on how they will resolve Neha-Vikram’s issue . Priya is surprised and says that its not a business deal that they are trying to strike with a strategy and agenda ..its about relationships (I hope you realized this youself darling ).

Priya re-iterates that they should try and bring Neha and Vikram together back again, but both of them need to be given time as they need to be mentally prepared to face the situation. Ram says that he is a duffer (awwww mera hero….how good at self-appraisal…10/10 to you Ram ) in such cases and Priya knows how to handle situations very well.
Ram says that, since Neha and Vikram had to be given time and space…they should also think more about this and reconvene later on what they will do and discuss this matter again.

The discussion ends and Priya is about to leave. Ram offers to drop her home, but Priya denies that she has her taxi waiting and that she would manage. Ram asks her Taxi??? (I fairly didnt understand why this dialogue was needed ) Ram says bye to Priya and she leaves.

Priya receives a call from Rajat, while she is in the taxi. She enquires about Rahul being at his place, Rajat confirms that Rahul is at his place and he would let Rahul go home only once his anger has colled down. Pk says that she would inform Neha and that would give her some relief. Rajat then tells Priya about the party and says that thou Ram would have invited her already, he wanted to formally invite her for the party. PK refuses saying that she doesn’t like attending parties and also Pihu has slept tonite without her and if she is not around even tomorrow , Pihu will feel upset! Rajat insists that she has to come for the party. He says that he will be happy and so will ram be (ya right, you know so much more about RAM these days…don’t you Rajat ?) Priya reluctantly agrees to try to join the party, but doesn’t make a promise.

Ram’s office:

Ram is scanning through the final list of invitees for the party. Mamaji tells him that it’s a big party since Ram and Rajat are working together on the project for the last time. Ram looks at him in and thinks to himself that this would be the last one too. Ram hands over the list of invitees to Mamaji and asks him to hand it over to his secy. Mamaji looks through the list and reconfirms if Ram has included the names of all his guests and he wasn’t forgetting anyone! Ram confirms that this was the final list from his side.
Ram thinks to himself if he should invite Priya too, as she had invited him for her bookshop opening.

Mamaji leaves from there. He then calls Shipra! Then follows the epic ..”Hello Chipraaji” and his flirting stunt asking Shipra to not call him Mama but “Shiny”! . Shiny Mamaji tells her about the Ram-Rajat joint venture party. Shipra says she is aware as Ayesha had informed her about it. Mamaji says that Ayesha might have surely informed about the party, but he had a better news for her. He further goes to tell Shipra that Ram has not invited Priya Sharma for his party. Shipra tries to deny the fact by saying “aisa kaise ho sakta hai” (in her heart she is surely jumping with joy ), but Mamaji confirms that it’s true. he tells Shipra that Ram is currently jealous and his jealousy has turned into anger which is why he has not invited Priya. He further tells Shipra that since Ayesha doesn’t listen to him these days, she should tell Ayesha to show some concern towards Ram these days. Shipra agrees and tells him that she will call her immediately and talk to her about this!

Priya’s flat:

Priya reaches home, Natasha and Neha are at having tea. Priya enquires about Pihu and asks if she has slept. Natasha says, it was a atsk to put her to sleep, but she finally slept. Priya insists that she will bring Pihu back from Natasha’s home, but Nuts insists that Priya should let her sleep there and wake her up in the morning. Priya finally agrees.
Nutz tells Priya about Ram’s call for inviting them for the project launch party. She asks Priya what would she wear, and suggests that she has an awesome saree ready for her. Priya says, she doesn’t need the saree as she will not be attending the party. Nutz asks her and why and Priya says that she doesn’t want to leave Pihu alone every night. Priya also says that she has not been invited by the one whose is hosting the party! Nutz is surprised to hear this. But Neha adds that Priya should know, Ram will be happy to see her even thou he hasn’t invited her due to HIS EGO!!! (Shut up you Jodi breaker…ggrrrh!! Is this the way you thank Ram for his comforting hug ). Neha tells Priya that this is the party of both ram and Rajat and Rajat would have invited her. Priya confirms that yes she received an invitation from Rajat, but since Ram has not invited her, she doesn’t think it would be right to go there. She says that if Ram has not invited her, he probably doesn’t want to have her at the party! Neha tells Priya that since Rajat is her good friend and he has done so much for her, she should go for him, and Nutz also joins in support of Neha. Priya reiterates that she is unable to decide if she should go or not and Neha again say..”I think you should”!!!!!

The screen frezees on Priya’s thoughtful expressions!
