Kumkum Bhagya 23rd September 2014 Written Episode
The episode starts with Purbi getting soup for Sarla. Sarla reminisces Bulbul preparing soup for her and sharing a lighter moment with her and gets sad. She says soup is not good and she does not want to have it. Purbi says it is her favourite soup and Bulbul used to make it. Sarla says she does not want to drink even water from Bulbul’s hand and says she will stop talking to her if she talks about Bulbul.
Tanu enters Abhi and Pragya’s room and says she planned to go on a trip with him, but he is going with behanji. Abhi hugs her and says he wants to go with her. Tanu says Pragya that she is not ashamed to hear other people’s thoughts and complains Abhi that Pragya said she is having illegal affair with him and even slapped him, asks him to slap Pragya. Abhi says he cannot slap her until she provokes him. Tanu says she slapped me and that is the big reason for him to slap her. Abhi goes near Pragya slap her, but just then hears Daadi’s voice and stops. Tanu hides behind curtain. Cousin sees Pragya correcting curtains and says they both are preparing curtains. Daadi says she came to help them with packing and asks why has he switched off AC and even closed curtains. Abhi says he is feeling cold. Tanu sneezes and Daadi turns. Pragya starts sneezing and says she is having cold. Abhi also acts as sneezing. Cousin daadi asks to open curtains. Pragya asks her not to open curtains, acts as shying and says she have to close curtains again. Daadi thinks she is signalling about getting intimate with Abhi and goes out. Once daadi goes, he scolds Pragya and sends out and pampers Tanu.
Mitali’s children ask her why did she take papa’s signature on papers. She says she wants to send them to bigger school and live a lavish life with them, for that they have to keep the secret. Kids get happy.
Marriage hall decorator tells Bulbul that he needs money to decorate hall. She asks him not to tell Sarla as she is ill. Sarla comes there and Bulbul leaves. Decorator then explains his problem to Sarla. Bulbul talks to her friend on phone then. Sarla thinks she is talking to Purab and asks whom she is talking to. Bulbul says it is her friend’s call. Sarla asks if it is the same friend with whom she eloped. Bulbul asks to check her phone herself and says she has cut off with Purab and will forget him. Daadi asks Sarla to forgive Bulbul and hug her. Sarla says she broke her heart and it cannot be repaired easily.
Abhi wakes up in the morning and sees Pragya sleeping on sofa, asks why is she sleeping inside. She says it was raining outside and apologizes him. Abhi says his day will go bad after seeing Pragya’s face and thinks how to stop her from coming with her on trip. He drops dumbell on the floor and thinks Pragya will fall on it, then thinks everyone will come hearing hervoice. Pragya wakes up hearing his voice and he walks down, thinking he will teach her a lesson. He gets juice from servant, adds tablets and asks servant to give it to his wife. Mitali asks whose juice it is. He says it is for Pragya. She thinks Pragya sharpens her brain with this juice and asks servant to get another one to Pragya, drinks it and thinks it has different taste but special juice, gulps whole juice. Abhi sees empty glass and thinks Pragya will spent rest of her day in washroom. He goes down and Daadi asks if he is ready. He says yes and says Pragya won’t come down. Daadi sees Mitali and asks her to bring down Pragya. Mitali says she wants to go to washroom and runs in. She comes out and says after drinking juice, she is having diarrhea. Abhi thinks the effect which I wanted to see in Pragya, I am seeing it in Mitali. He sees Pragya coming down and realizes that Mitali drank juice instead of Pragya. Daadi asks Abhi to take care of Pragya. Abhi angrily takes Pragya with him.
A lady comes complaining to Raj’s room and scolds Raj continuously for municipalty’s mistake. Raj asks her to behave herself. Lady says she sees her family in trouble everyday and asks why does they take money. Raj says nobody takes money here. Lady pleads him to help her. Raj helps her and says she will realize everyone is not same. Lady thanks her and asks if his wife fights with him. He asks how does she know. She says she has experience.
Daadi asks Sarla to calm down. Sarla says she wants her wedding hall booked now. Daadi asks her not to take tension. Sarla says she can starve but cannot see debtors standing in front of her house. Daadi asks her to do what she likes.
Courier man gives Bulbul a letter. Bulbul gets tensed seeing marriage hall’s eviction notice as lease has been cancelled.
Precap: Abhi asks Pragya to hide her face with paper as she does not want to see her face while driving.

There are lot of ways to insult a person ,shipwreck look so cheap, I am so surprise same thing over and over again and show came ton# 2nd
The language abhi uses, he is so ugly can’t Rsant his look at all
The word he uses to Pragya are unexcptable

September 23, 19:54It’s sad how a character, a hero , however good he is projected in the very start of the serial , over time, becomes a villain , in the hands of the very CVs who created him . Here, Abhi , who was reasonably a young man of many virtues, fall miserably in front of our eyes. The very hands that sculptured him are responsible for his decadence. From Aaliya or Tanu we can take all this , but from Abhi …. What a fall , one is short of words to express our disappointment . Besides, the depths to which he stoops to by his behaviour, words and action, sicken us.This ruins the very image that one had of Abhi. Does this fall halt with Abhi ? No , Pragya too, in her own way has failed us. Any self respecting woman, whether educated or otherwise , should never allow herself to be treated so callously , for whatever reason she claims to have. This angers all, more so, another member of the same gender. Here, we tend to question her . Why, Pragya , why ? And for what purpose ? Even, Rachana, Suresh’s sister , is way above her . She opted out of Akash’s life and refused to pardon him . Misplaced feelings , in Pragya’s life , especially for her mother and sister, are responsible ? Here again, she is wrong. For no rhyme or reason, she , who is an educated girl with a bright career , is accepting this demeaning life. Both the characters of Abhi and Pragya have fallen to the lowest of the lowest , leaving the viewers with scant respect for the images that were painstakingly created. Sad , disappointed and angered at the manner in which the writers and director are handling this show , I wonder at the course that the serial would take. It’s after all a soap opera , one could say and move on . So , should I !

But oh no……this show has gone DOWNHILL and it needs to be brought on track soon, otherwise will lose viewers weekly.
Pragya is very selfish – why not tell Sarla the truth about Bulbul sacrifice so she can get married. Sarla talk about OTT REACTION – your daughter fell in love not murdered anyone! Abhi is a poor excuse for a man, let alone rockstar quality. I used to think he has a good heart – no he is so dumb. He spent weeks blaming Pragya for taking Purab from Aaliyah but when truth came out he still blaming her??!!!! Why? If you are allowed to have a girlfriend in addition to being married why can’t Purab fall in love?
Ridiculous plot…..Purab and Bulbul should have married and tackled them all. Abhi should have apologised for his torture of Pragya.

He was about to do something else but I don’t know what when daadi came in otherwise their was nothing serious. It’s just a drama guys don’t quit just cause it’s dragging. I know it’s annoying but if they don’t drag then the show would no over in less than a month! I know it’s getting boring but it’s just a show!

September 23, 20:32you’re right, it is just a show… but those of us who’ve enjoyed watching it…want to continue to enjoy it… it’s becoming pathetically abusive… you know, this episode truly is the same nonsense as before…putting a pill in Pragya’s juice… sounds familiar doesn’t it… they need to come up with new story lines..stop repeating the same nonsense…and I agree with the point that Tanu is always in the house.. why is she allowed to keep showing her face? It’s known she wants Abhi, Daadi caught them together… if she’s such a hotshot model who couldn’t get out of her contract …she should be working. Yes, it’s a soap opera… i want to relax not have my intelligence insulted. 🙂
