A caterer in freeport usually make the pepper roti with mashed aloo in it as well and it is simply delish.
After that beautiful rain this morning we now have extremely hot sun, I’m getting a headache, need to rest.

Trinity.. I am now preparing roasted vegetables ..roasted mock duck…
and tufu..with a lovely salad and multi grain home made rolls and here you are
asking about pepper roti..make me feel like having some myself..
Yes I can make it.. You did not ask but I will quickly give you my recipe..
You have to prepare dough for making paratha roti..will need two..
Prepare filling.. Grated carrots.. Potatoes..fresh green seasoning..grated
Garlic..onions. (roasted melon-gene..optional). Parmesan cheese..salt and thinly
Sliced fresh hot peppers or you can use Pepper sauce. Pimentos.. Grind geera and
Bandhania(shadow beni)you can use. any other vegetables that are available.
Mix together…cooking mixture first is Optional.. Flour board and roll out the two doughs separately..Butter the surface and sprinkle a little flour over it .. Next spread mixture evenly over the dough leaving half inch around the edges..use a generous amount of mixture..
Sprinkle a little cheese or flour over mixture.. will look like a pizza..
Next place the other rolled out dough of equal size over it … Gently squeeze edges around..
You can then use a rolling pin to extend the dough out..and place on your heated tawa to
:::::::::grease tawa with oil or butter before placing roti..
Cook on slow heat.. Turn over when you think it’s cooked and grease with
Olive oil or salted butter .. Your preference…but salted butter taste great..
do same on other side..ensure that it’s cooked before removing from tawa..
You have got piping hot pepper roti.. Slice as you will slice pizza and serve..
Your b/f will love you even more..Ask your Mom to try it.. You can use potatoes
only together with added spices ( must have geera) and you have aloo paratha..
Some people fill it as if making dhal puri..It’s not the same..
You can make a double layer using the same method but using three dough..
After placing second dough over the mixture you repeat the process again and
Then place the third rolled out dough over squeezing edges all at one time..
Will take a longer time to cook..Can do them small or large..
Seem like a lot of work.. But no.. A food processor will do the work..squeeze
Out the extra water from the potatoes..

Kris, I have found myself looking at a past zeetv show
“Meri Doli Tere Angana”. There was a song that was played on this show…Wada da hai (not to sure of wording) from the movie Khakee, and I started humming this song last week and eventually found myself looking at it. I always refered to this show as a tragedy; the female lead died, the male lead eventually left and the storyline was different. Both the leads were good-looking. I recorded this show but look at it on youtube, still remember the scenes.
Yes Lenor, i used to look at that show, I often make reference to it also.
Now that this is happening to QH where the leads will be killed, I thought of this show, where the entire cast left and they worked the storyline by killing the female lead and making the male lead get memory loss, eventually replacing him as well and the story went along a new track.
Both the leads were good looking the male screen name was Rohan and the female was Simran. In the end Rohan father found him and took him back home together with the new wife I think. He was the only one from the old cast came back. Rohan was so handsome and Simran was really pretty too.
I can just imagin how relieved you are..

I like amitabh bachan, the kapoors, Jitendra, well he’s Ekta Kapoor father, dharmendra is my all time favorite, and hema Malini, love Kajol, and Maduri also shri Devi.
I like Amir khan, love SRK movies but not to keen on being his fan, salman, eh, neither here nor there, ranbir Kapoor is talented and cute, so is shahid Kapoor, I used to really like ajay devgan too, but eh,
There are a lot more movie stars out now than long ago, too many too fast, lost interest.

Then we are having a Hindu youth camp during the Easter vacation at the Waterloo community centre. My kids are looking forward to this camp, they have lots of fun in the process too.

“Meri Doli Tere Angana”. There was a song that was played on this show…Wada da hai (not to sure of wording) from the movie Khakee, and I started humming this song last week and eventually found myself looking at it. I always refered to this show as a tragedy; the female lead died, the male lead eventually left and the storyline was different. Both the leads were good-looking. I recorded this show but look at it on youtube, still remember the scenes.

Now that this is happening to QH where the leads will be killed, I thought of this show, where the entire cast left and they worked the storyline by killing the female lead and making the male lead get memory loss, eventually replacing him as well and the story went along a new track.
Both the leads were good looking the male screen name was Rohan and the female was Simran. In the end Rohan father found him and took him back home together with the new wife I think. He was the only one from the old cast came back. Rohan was so handsome and Simran was really pretty too.
